Rainbow

Step 1: Place your weak foot in front of the ball and place your strong foot behind the ball. (practice rolling the ball up your standing leg with your strong foot)
Step 2: Once the ball is up your standing leg lean forward, bring our foot forward to land on the ground with your strong foot, immediately lift your foot and scoop/hit the ball forward over your head with your weak foot

If you can do a rainbow, you can also practice a variation.
Step 1: Place your weak foot in front of the ball
Step 2: Drag the ball up your standing leg with your strong foot
Step 3: Kick the ball lightly with your heal of your weak foot
Step 4: Kick the ball with your heel over head with your strong foot
