There are a lot of variations, but the flick up is important.
Step 1: Roll the ball with your left foot to the right
Step 2: Flick the ball up with your right foot (without backspin)
Variation 2: The ball with your right foot towards yourself and a flick up
Variation 3: Flick up the ball without rolling it towards yourself
Variation 4: Roll the bal towards yourself and backwards accross your opponent
Flick up description: When you do a flick up, notice you do it with thefront of your foot and a your leg outstreched. Before you hit the ball keep your knee bent, but when you flick up the ball keep your leg (almost) outstreched.
